Forever Knocked Out??

I died by the shoreline and after dying chose to start back up right away and it spawned me right where I died with 1400 health/broken leg/and PERMA knocked out, the countdown is not going down at all. Anything I can do in order to commit suicide? I can't even bring up menus because I'm "knocked out".

I know how it happened, the central server didn't register I died before I started over. But I just need to know how to fix it now.

Thanks for any help you can provide.
