question about vehicle spawns/equipment

Hey guys. I got a quick question about vehicles and spawning. My friends and I found a Ural with GP-25 rounds, PKM Mags, and some other random stuff for guns that are not in the game.

Do vehicles spawn with gear? I've seen plenty of vehicles at their designated spawn points with gear but usually average stuff. Is the Ural possibly spawned in? Just a bug?

Simple answer, the random stuff is hacked also like the Ural. I would not take the items to avoid to get banned.

If the vehicle disapears at server restart... it is hacked. Yah get RGO nades (or the like) from the lil jeeps sometimes... the stuff in the ural may be hacked, or the ural may be hacked(will know at server restart) Ive never found a spawned ural to know what spawn in em

Well, I don't have to worry about being banned for using the equipment since my buddy is the server owner/admin. Also, the ural did last through a restart a least once. But it's all gone now anyway, a hacker found where I stashed the Ural, and blew it to shit with Satchel Charges.
