Suggestion: Be able to shoot from boats

We should be able to shoot from boats. It has happened to me twice now when I am out driving a boat trying to get around that I get shot at. luckily I was able to get out of the boat and swim behind it and make them think that i alt+f4 so they stopped shooting. but my point is, you should be able to shoot from a boat or even a v3s if you're getting shot at.

At Lingor Island, there was a type of boat you could stand on as a gunner (with your own weapons). Would love to see that boat in Chernarus! :)
