Question on a script....

So I know the following script isn't normally a hack....however, I am seeing it pop up from the exact same playing MULTIPLE times throughout the same day. This particular player has also been able to get the helicopter on our server everytime after we have blown it up. We blew it up twice today, and once yesterday. After each time, he has some how re-obtained the chopper. He claims it keeps "reappearing" in some "hidden spot" on the edge of the map.

This is only a fraction of the occurances of this script with this player. The last instance happens at 17:30:06 and theres probably another 20 more instances within those 2 hours or so.
