I can confirm this. Just tried it. I have better FPS in Elektro than ever.

Joined a couple of days ago to respond to a retarded thread, but realized that it's futile. Dallas 24 doesn't have any lag neither. Both Dallas 23 and 24 have night time at the moment. They also both have ~20 players on. On has clear weather with start (no moon) and the other has cloudy weather.

Only reason I'm posting on this forum is because I want a hasty resolutin to the problem with low FPS that has been brought on in the latest couple of patches.
