Thought dogs were next patch?

I just stumbled upon a dead dog in game, that was named. I thought the dogs came next patch or am I mistaken? I didn't shoot it by the way, it came up as an Alsation when I put the cursor on it however it wouldn't seem to screenshot that info.

They are NOT, i repeat NOT in the game yet, 1.7.2.5 was only a hotfix.

This one is scripted in.

Hackers change players into all kinds of shit, including dogs.

Chances are, it was a player that got polymorphed by some wanky hacker.
