Really, REALLY bad FPS now

I have a top end computer, I could easily run everything maxed out, no problem.

Now, I feel like I'm going to have a seizure trying to walk around

I timed it on my phone, it took 30 seconds to display//hide the "Chernarus: Day #" message.

That's bad. Posting my specs won't matter, I know it's not my system.

Anyone else having bad issues?

Read in the 1.6 thread and other threads, it is a common issue, hot fix coming tomorrow.

You're right. The FPS is low for me on some servers as well. Thankfully my primary server does not have this issue just like the last time FPS problems popped up.

I finally ran into this on a server today, but it was only like 1 of 6 that I had been on. It was Seattle 3 I think.

Servers are not cleaning up after themselves again, says the word on the street. Fix coming.

Yup, my FPS went to shit with this patch. Tried to stomach the hop to other unfamiliar servers and had the same issues there too. I know it's alpha and I'm thankful that I'm not the only one having these FPS issues with a top-end gaming PC. Can't wait for this to be patched ;)

I used to play on low. Now I have to play on VERY low. It sucks. I can't see anyting from a distance. Glad I havent come across a sniper.
