Id take a 1911 any dayLike other handgun cartridges of such magnitude, the principal uses of the .50 AE are metallic silhouette shooting and medium/big game hunting.as for the accuracy, its all about shooter. and with such caliber you probably wont need more then one shot. tom_gr7 20 Posted August 13, 2012 the U.K. armed forces own several thousand m16/m4 variants, chances of finding them in operation zones is incredibly slim, not trying to piss on ya chips here mate, but ya so wrong.....the UK armed forces do not use m16/m4's......they use the SA80-A2 as a standard assault rifle/infantry weapon.
