Since rocket said that he might add new features such as underground base building, people have been going nuts and thinking of the most stupid base building ideas, such as "lets have generators & deer stands".

Please listen, the whole idea of having a camp site or base, is to keep it hidden. Having a deer stand wont help you at all, if someone knows the location of your camp because they can still raid it whether your there or not. As for genorators, go get a fucking pile of wood. You're building a camp, not a city.

The rest of the ideas such as larger tents and maybe sandbag bunkers are good ideas. But remember, theres no point of having a camp if someone can see it from a while away.

Something like this camo net would be useful for hiding your base. Most of you might not know, once you have a helicopter, you can just fly over the map and you can easily spot camps from the air. So this net would be very usefull in the game.
