Why can't I see people talk or hear people?

Might be a dumb question, but are you within I believe 40m of these people in game? You can only hear people talk in game that are close to you. Maybe try resetting your game options to Defaults.

I have this problem too, I don't use a mic but I try to use text, I don't know if they even see what I say and I for sure don't see what they say.

I was once playing with my cousin, we were in the same room, we met some guy and on my screen I couldn't see what he said but my cousin could (this was through text)

This bug is REALLY bugging me...
