Having a problem with computer finding DayZ files

I got this after I bought ARMA II a second time to get a new CD key but on a different account on the same computer. Maybe someone can tell me if they have gotten this problem and if so how did you fix it. The the picture of the problem is down below and it has in red the "Filenames don't match expected pa" above the DayZ revision.

Tried updating the files manually?

Choose a mirror, put files in your DayZ folder, in my case:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\arma 2 operation arrowhead\@DayZ\addons

no thanks I'll try that after i'm done downloading them again I just think it's weird it doesn't even show me the current DayZ file

Anyway to open the file without having to pay money it won't let me because it's a RAR file and I need a special program to open it apparently
