Being kicked from every server (no steam)...getting desperate

I have tried every way of installing DayZ, and it all comes to the same end. The game's main menu states I have 95833 beta and DayZ version .5 but all the servers still have a yellow question mark and i get kicked from them all. On my first attempt it will just say "you have been kicked" on my second attempt it will say "you have been kicked because these addons air.pbo...etc need to be deleted or a key needs to be installed". Any help?

Update: When I attempt to remove the files that it says I need to remove (the addons folder in the main ArmA2 directory, not the folder in the Expansion folder) and I join a server, it says I need chernarus, when I put chernarus files into toe expansion> addons folder it says that they need to be removed again. Of course at start I'm either plagued with "dayz_anim requires ca_Misc" when all addons folders are placed correctly, and "dayz_anim requires ca_dubbing_counterattack" when folders are moved around.....I have ArmA2 purchased via Gamefly and the hardcopy version of Arrowhead....am i doing something wrong? Any help would be appreciated.

A lot of people are having problems with the game ATM. MY friends have the 95833 also and have mucho problems getting into a server. I am updating to 1.7.2.5 on dayz commander right now with 95833 and If I can't get it working, I'll let you know it's not just you.

I just re-read your problem. I actually can't tell you since I have the steam version :(
