This game is great

This game is just amazing, I played it a friends house before buying it myself but I got like 30 mins of play time. Now I'm going to explain what happened in my first few hours of playing.

Life 1: Ran into a town got killed by Zeds.

Life 2: Ran around for like 10 seconds then everyone got teleported to the same spot and then killed by hackers. I was laughing because I had nothing and so many people died.

Life 4: Ran around some more, heard shots and found the nearest cover. Some guy with a CZ550 came out of nowhere and said "get down there's a sniper on the hill" so I listened. After a few shots of them firing at each other I ran into a near building, he came in shortly afterwards and said he got him. He then offered to take me to his dead body and I agreed, so once we made it up the hill sure enough there was a dead man in the trees. I then proceeded to loot the body and this guy had everything an AS50, NVG's, coyote backpack, and a lot more. I hear more shots and the guy tells me he had a buddy coming so I then hid behind a tree trying to figure out how to work everything, then I hear more shots and I died. So thank-you guardian angel that made me feel great for 30 seconds.

Life 5: Spawn near Cherno or Electro not really sure, run into town and get mugged by some Zed end up losing them and finding a hatchet. After that I found a dead body with a Czech backpack and take it. Now from watching videos on YouTube I know there is a hospital near by and I needed some blood bags, so I found the hospital and got some blood bags. After wards I either needed to find someone to help me or get a weapon so I tried to kill 2 birds with one stone and go to the firehouse. When I get there I notice someone in there but I know there are bandits so I proceed with caution. When i open a door to sneak in and he runs out, I tell him to freeze while he's outside and he does then a sniper shot rings out of no where and I tell him to run inside quickly. When he does I tell him I'm friendly and just need someone to give me a blood transfusion and I'll give him one. He starts mumbling in chat and then shots me in the face. I guess this is what I get for trusting someone in a big city.

Life 8: I spawned near some town and decided to run in and hear something over chat, a song, but not any song. I don't recall from what horror movie it's from but I know it's from one, so I start searching for the person playing this song. I notice about 30m out in some bushes a guy with an ax I walk up to him and say "friendly". After about 5 seconds he stands up out of the bush and there was a big problem, he was wearing a Jason mask and some weird clothing. He then starts running towards me and I start running away. Somehow he catches up to me and does about 2k of damage and I start bleeding so then I'm like f*ck this and let him kill me.

Life 987: I got up to Stary went to the tents and get surrounded by like 20 zombies and to make sure the don't come in I place a bear trap at the door. Now they start attacking and eventually start glitching threw the tent walls I was having to shoot them and eventually ran out of ammo and made the rookie mistake of trying to run. Needless to say I broke my legs and was eaten alive.

I just have to say this game is amazingly fun even with all the glitches and other hoopla going on. By hoopla I mean my luck, on life 4 or something I found everything to build a helicopter in one place but I ended up starving from not finding a single thing of food.

Thanks for sharing.

As you play more, you will become quite skilled at losing zombies by breaking line of sight (los) and entering buildings (where their speed slows down dramatically). You will learn & remember which buildings can be entered, simply by sight.

You will also learn the landscape and will have little trouble navigating the south coast and the big, starter cities. You will use lighthouses, railroad tracks, and power lines to help with orientation. Oh, and look closely at the lower-right hand corner text when you first enter the world, it will give you your location.

Some small advice: Learn how to melee with a hatchet. Learn where to find animals for raw meat. 2 essentials skills.
