Stuck on loading screen + Antibiotics

As of today, I have been unable to get into a server, except for a quick match launch into US 238, which then refused me from playing "You are playing this version, you need this version"

Quick match hasn't worked since then either, stuck on the loading screen without a bar.

As you can probably tell, I'm quite computer illiterate; My current decision is to re-download Six Launcher (But I'm already having trouble removing it)

Suggestions?

Also, I have acquired Antibiotics, I'm not sick and I'm sure it'll be more use to someone else who collects rares or actually needs them.

The only thing I ask in return is not to be shot during the transfer.

You don't know how much something is worth until you've lost it.

Unless you beyond desperately need something that you can trade the Antibiotics for, keep them. You'll regret trading them in once you get an infection.

Sounds like you have version 1.7.2.4 have you tried updating it to 1.7.2.5?

I've always relied Six Launcher to do so and now that something is wrong, I'm completely lost :P

More people seem to have this problem I updated using dayzcommander and everything works perfectly fine. You could try and download dayzcommander and install the latest patch that way perhaps.
