Instead of removing thermal, why not merely add a counter?

The thermal scope on the L85A2 AWS is a great tool for scouting and/or firefights. It shouldn't be removed.

INSTEAD, why not add a counter? Something like clothing made out of material that hides your body heat, etc. [Make the spawn chance as rare as the L85A2 AWS, though.]

Just add the ability to cover yourself in mud as it would also make you have camo. It would drop you temp, so you may need a heat pack after, or now? =P

Yeah I agree it shouldn't be removed and a counter to it would be nice, but it would have to be fairly rare like you said, I'd like something like that.

Normally it wouldn't really be necessary, but I'd hate to think how many duped L85's there are out there.

there are 2 great counter against thermal:

step one: find one yourself, you lazy bastard

Step two: use cover.

I'll give you also a great advice, in my step 3:

Stop posting suggestion about thermal. The l85 is not op, and there is no need for balance of any kind in this game. You want balance? I'm sure EA and Blizzard are waiting for you
