V3S is legit. Ive seen them scripted. Check the back they are always full of the same gear, mass grenades (like 20) grenade launchers etc. Going by this video Id say its a legit vehicle as well.

Well done! I thought I cut the tape enough to hide that fact, it was about a 5 minute drive to get there as you saw in the timings of the server restart. I only kept it there while the server restarted though, my buddies and I enjoyed it for the rest of that night (perhaps I'll make a "driving-through-chernaurus-in-a-truck" montage)
