Is it possible that there is more than one huey per server without cheats?

Yes, it is, we got into an Air-to-Air battle with another helicopter.

There can only be one per server unless it's spawned with a cheat.

Freefall, I support you in your statement.

People have spawned choppers before on my server even when the real one was in the drink...
