Bear Grylls character skin

How about when you make enough campfires and/or you eat and/or cook enough meat, you are given a Bear Grylls skin? And when you talk your character sounds like him.

My friend is the Bear Grylls of my town; he's been talking like Bear all day, so I thought of this.

Thoughts?

EDIT: Also, the ability to drink your own piss and when enough liters of piss have been swallowed, you are transformed.

Yeh realism... i tried to sue the hospital when they insisted a cast was best for my broken bones and refused to heal them with morphine.
