How do you ban hackers or kick from server?

we have hackers on US 1842 , we have 2 hackers , Reggie and The animator. we found thermal AS 50 rifels on them after we killed them. We need to find out how to kick with admin

Prove they are hackers first, and not just poor saps who picked them up and did not realise. Then get RCon and kick them with that if you can keep it connected long enough.....

I have the impression you think they are hackers because they had "illegal" weapons. But that isn't the case at all.

A player can be carrying a "illegal" weapon and not be a hacker.

You can only ban for evidence found in the server logs.
