Helping new players with pop-ups?

Very simple idea.

Having pop-ups that come up when you start that say stuff like "this means broken bone. to cure this you need morphine"

This will not effect the realism too much and will be a nice addition.

When i first saw the shock symblo i had no idea what it ment :D

Please leave a comment and add to my idea.

for the most parts, i think it is pretty cool that you have to learn many shit by trying.
