moenil187 0 Posted August 7, 2012 Hey I am the admin of US 1411 and came on today evening to play some Day Z and see my server is down. I can not bring it up or do anything my server status in my HFB server panel says Unknown....Anyone knows whats up with my server or are HFB just down? We're currently looking into why some of our servers are offline. haywardgb 129 Posted January 21, 2013 (edited) I've just signed up with this company and so far I'm thoroughly fed up. I've had downtime every day now, sometimes twice or more during the same day. My clan are refusing to use the server because its unreliable, on several separate occasions I've had complaints that clan members have lost air vehicles or died due to the server going offline. You can't play DayZ on a server with this amount of downtime, as regular players will know if you're in a heli and the server goes offline the heli crashes and you die, if you're in a car and the server goes offline you can die when you respawn (it's happened to me before). Downtime and crashing are two complete different ball games. Downtime is unacceptable and clients are compensated for the rare times it happens, crashing is going to happen and is out of anyone's control. If you mean the little offline support agent picture that is simply live chat, Tickets can be submitted at any time of the day.
