logging off and conditions

I have a question, do you gain condition when you are not logged into the game? I for one will log off fine and later login to find myself bleeding to death or starving to death? does this happen to anybody else. thanks:@

Food and fluid use continue while you are offline. So keeping food and fluids on you is a good idea.

As for the bleeding I'm not sure but a bandage or two would be good to keep on you.
