[UK31] Every restart will be accompanied by a message from now on!

Only came to light that one of the guys was restarting the server and not letting any of the folks know beforehand! From now on either myself or X will announce either by RConn or the in game Global chat that the server will be restarting!

Sorry for letting this go on for some time!

Also remember that our server stays light right into the early hours of the morning as well (UK time).

You can't with Vilayer's servers atm, i normally do it in game via global chat or the other admin by RConn ;)
