Banned from se 9 (Using hacked item)

I just got banned from the server se9 for using hacked item according to battle eye.

But i didnt have any hacked items equiped. i had L85 aws , pdw and as50.i also had nvgs and range finder.

Some of the items was found by ,myself and scuad and some from players we killed.

How come i got banned from se9 ?

BattleEye doesn't ban you for picking up / using hacked weapons.

"No one is banned for using non-hack programs (like Fraps, overlays, etc.), picking up or using hacked in-game items, weapons or vehicles, being on a server at the same time as a cheater, or other passive non-cheating activity. Therefore all requests mentioning these things as possible reasons for the global ban are ignored."

This SE 9 Server only creates probs and hackers - i will never again play there... just avoid it

u were server banned and they are not allowed to do that but abuse it alot. Admins see what they think is an unfair or illegitmate weapon in your inventory and ban you from there server. I have even seen people banned for using weapons that are legit and admins banning those players because they are unsure as to the official weapons. i am currently banned from us1681 because of a AS50 TWS i found fair and square. oh and i may or may not have borrowed a boat and left it with half a tank of fuel. lol. Anyway they got mad and i cant play that server now!!!

I regularly play on SE 9 and it does have its problems with degenerative server lag and desync..don't they all? The admin there (Tansien) is experienced and seems like a decent chap and he only usually bans legitimate hackers.
