All gear disappear and Im back on shore!

Yesterday I tried to play normally but every now and then we all got disconnected from servers, but nwm I played and every time I connected to a different server I got my gear and my location. At the end I logged out and went to bed. Today, I started DayZCommander and I saw that there was new version of arma but I decided to join servers from yesterday first to play little. I joined at least five servers and every time I had nothing and I was on shore! WHY? WHAT HAPPENED TO MY GEAR?!

Possible bug/hacker. I had the same problem EXCEPT I still had everything, well, at least everything else I could carry after getting a ton of new magazines for my LMG that take 2 spaces each, so I had to lose all of my food, cola, and my water bottle.

May have been a cheater, I got teleported yesterday with everyone else in the server, and all our gear dissapeared, including flashlight and all the started gear. Lucky me I found a dead cheater and got all his gear, nvg, weapons, ammo, all tools, etc :P

You are playing a game in alpha state, expect these things and many others to happen. Or wait for a stable release.

Had same problem a few times. Just logged on after spending 4 hours last night trekking around the country side finding items, then went to NW airfield got a few things there as well. Then log in today, ready to have some fun, and the "Male - Female" selection was on my screen. I could have punched it. Seriously pissing me off. Alpha or not, other players manage to play without this problem so why does it happen to me on more than one occasion?

Dying from falling off a bugged ladder I can deal with (and have done), but logging on to find my character has reset is just getting frustrating now and I dread having to log off knowing full well I could be back to square one when i re-log.

This just happened to me. Might as well stop playing. Ask yourself: is it worth being this frustrated and upset over something that obviously will not stop happening?

Might as well either stop playing altogether or wait until some of these things have been patched/are more stable. The fact that I spent 10+ hours getting a chopper ready and searching for downed helis to get the best stuff and then being restarted at the coast when i log in the next time when I logged out in a safe place is just downright sad.

Updated to latest version 95777 because I hoped that this will fix problems and now there is no servers [palmface]

Is there admins on this forums? Do they have permissions to talk?

What I usually do before updating the beta patch, is checking how many servers are running each patch version. You can use DayZCommander for that.

Stop playing the game then, if you're not able to handle losing your stuff, yes it is frustrating but you found it once so find it again or just don't play at all >.> Stop complaining about it. We got your message the first 20 times you posted.

Because they're probably busy with other things. Sorry the world doesn't revolve around you. Right now i'm in a hilly place with no trees animals grass or anything, yet i'm waiting patiently to see what happens instead of complaining on how shit of a game it is, suck it up or stop playing.

This happened to me in the past hour, logging into servers through DayZCommander looking for ones that are during the day, finding that even though DC says the server is in the hours of daylight, its still a night server. Regardless, I logged in to find that I had been teleported to shore with no gear whatsoever, what a nuisance.
