Can you tell how long a dayz server has been running

On many servers restart times are shown per server messages, just read and calculate :)

Is there a maximum how long a server can run without a restart? The reason I am asking because I want to avoid the tent eating your gear bug. I was so lucky and got my first tent. Set it up, filled it with stuff. Next time it was empty. So I don't know if another survivor stumbled upon my tent or if the tent itself ate my supplies. Now I have read that you should set up the tent and put in your stuff after the server restarts.

However, I did something stupid and lost my tent because I packed it up and went to Cherno for more loot. I was Alt tabbing and when I came back I was dead. Still I would like to know.
