Utter destruction in Elecktro

So I go into Elecktro tonight on server Seattle 85, and there were signs of a major PVP battle. The first thing I noticed was that the fire station and power plant smoke stack outside of the city were destroyed. Inside the city were wrecked choppers, dead player bodies littered the square, and there was even dead cattle.

Anyone know the story of what went down before I got there?

Cows on paratchutes, fresh delivery of steaks. That one must be last one, and start real war.
