Toggle zoom in/out not working

When I try to toggle zoom in or out by double tapping the numpad - or + it doesn't work, and just acts asif I'm zooming in, going back then zooming in again. I've tried changing the controls and all this stuff, but it still doesn't work.

Any fixes are appreciated :)

double tap isn't a toggle for scope zoom. single tap is. at least it was on the L85 I played with for awhile.

No, not with a weapon, just in general.

Works for me, but I had a short while yestarday, where it didn't work.

No idea what fixed or broke it.
