There should be shoes in the game that wear out eventually and you have to find ones. Make shoe wearing quieter than bare foot.

Not sure if serious or trolling but in any case...

I don't think you are supposed to worry about your shoes wearing out for at least six months. I doubt there is a player that will live that long without cheating.

I've never seen a set of boots that can go 225 KM without wearing out. That's one side of the map to the other.

Um... no it's not. The map is 15x15km. 225 square km.
