What happened: Antibiotics never spawn in anyplace. I was switching a lot of servers in same position (Hospital of Chernogorsk) to check the loot of each of them, but didn't find a box of antibiotics mever.

1.5.8.4 has not changed the loot spawns at all, according to the dev team iirc.

i have never ever seen any throughout all of my playing and i have been to several hospitals, i do think that an increase in spawning locations and frequency is required. mainly hospitals and medical tents, but a small chance in supermarkets or something.

I have yet to see any antibiotics aywhere. My friend got me sick and we're coughing with no hope of a cure :(

Yup, i looted the Berezhino hospital this morning, and no antibiotics in any of the 10 boxes of medical supplies...

I found one earlier today, I'm not sure but I think it was in a general store. It might have been dropped there by someone though.
