Competitive/Active Day Z servers?

I have a group of friends (10 or so) and we recently got into Day Z.

We are looking for a server that has an active population.

One that has:

Regulars

Factions

Territory war

Good reputation for admin/no hacking

etc etc

Do these servers exist? I have browsed the forums looking for some but haven't found too much info. Any help is greatly appreciated.

We would bring 10 or so active, all time zone players that are organized and cooperative as well as adhere to all rules.

Yes i will now open new server on a few day so you can tent there and be regular player so it will be cool if you wanna more inf pm me)

With the amount of cheating, I've found this very hard.

I look at the servers that have the most 55/55 and 75/75 player frequencies and they are almost always the same. Looks like some Chicago like 1536 and 1238 or something seem to have high pops 24/7. These pretty rampant with cheating? Anyone know of some clan servers that have 20-30 normal actives and good admins? We are looking for something established already so we can bring another chunk of core, active members to it.
