What's this about a new "Hero" skin

I was gone for a few days and I got back into the forums last night and I see bandit skins and a new "Hero" skin. Did I miss something in a patch note? Or is this just people talking and hoping?

He said in a previous interview that he is adding bandit scraf and mask but not the entire skin, and Rocket said he is adding a hero skin for the goodies out there that actually help others. Its ALPHA and he wants to continue test.. We are the lab rats..
