FPS problem

Recommended Posts

Right click on the shortcut, click preferences (or the lowest option, i dont have an english OS), then there should be 3 lines of text, first of them is "target" it should be like

X:/Program files/XXXXX/XXXXX/ARMA -mod=dayz

You type in the end -cpuCount=4 so it looks like

X:/Program files/XXXXX/XXXXX/ARMA -mod=dayz -cpuCount=4

Then you just accept changes and start the game.

I've got a shortcut to the Arma2 OA Beta.Exe in my steam folder

Right click, properties, add the command in the end of the "target" or "start in" line, not sure which, I think "target".

Add it after the quotation marks.

I got around 130 FPS like.... everywhere. I've had 2 servers which caused my client to lag somehow, and resulted in a steady 10FPS in every setting, even 800x600 resolution.
