Is there a way to commit suicide/respawn

I just died and respawned and I respawned inside a building. Now I can't play..Is there a way I can commit suicide via command or something?

i think you spawned inside novy sobor! has happened to me. try walking to the door and walls and you will slip thru one of the loopholes and be outside of building.

I were going towards the out door and rapidly pressing C so it tries to stand up, it's good that I died since I had nothing on me cause I respawned there, shit spawn anyway.

Do what you'd do in a real situation, try and try and try to find a way out or starve to death.
