Dayz Tent Bugs, Items disappear on server restart

I usually play on Lingor Island so i don't know if it will be the same for Chernarus. To this day i have NEVER saved a tent and my items are still there! My suggestion is pitch another tent (not the same), place a few empty tin cans (something no one will steal no matter how desperate), leave it without saving it, wait for restart and check it. Works for me!

Has anyone heard of this??

I finally got my first military loot, I had my first pair of NV Goggles and set up a tent in a forest, put some valuable items in it, walk to the road and back (there was no one else on server) go back and JUST my NV Goggles are missing. I checked the ground just in case, but Im sure I put them in the tent along with the other stuff. How can ONE item go missing in minutes??

Im very upset idk how Ill get those again havent even been to airfield yet.
