Are nvg green box on ground or looks like nvg ?

NVG's will look like binoculars almost, but they only spawn in chopper crash sites. Normally they'll be inside the chopper or under the tail, so make sure you're scrolling your mouse wheel and looking on the ground. Some of the loot might spawn under the doors that have fallen off. Some of the spawns will look like they're underground, so scanning with your cursor will help find it.

They can also spawn in the barracks.

As Tsyn said, they just look like Binoculars, I found mine just laying there on the side of a Heli-crash.

They do look just like binoculars? NOOOoOOOooOOooOooo. LoL. I expected them to look like NVGs and don't even bother looking at anything that looks like binoculars when I loot the barracks.
