How do vehicles,tents etc work crossserver

I honestly have no idea how it works :D

If I find a car and drive it somewhere safe, then change servers. will that car be there next time I go play? what does the 'save car' option do? also tents, do they work cross-server?

Me and my friends were in elektro and we found an abandoned bus on the church doorway, I wen't in decided it was too broken to be fixed.. shortly after that we stopped playing and I came back few hours later to another server and that bus was still there

no. cars are specific to the server they are on.

Theyre locked to the server, theres no way to cross vehicles or tents over servers.

that's what I thought, but that doesn't explain the bus :D i'm 99% sure it was a different server

That's the bus's spawn point (or one of them) so it will always be there on different servers unless moved.

I knew vehicles didn't work but I just logged out while having bloodbag, morphine and epi-pen injector in a tent lol
