Uaz and Helicopter are not spawning on my server

i belive that veh spawns are ramdom, you wont always get 1 of each 2 or each etc, you might only get UAZ or only pickup some are rare like the choppers, how do you know there not spawning just because you not seen it does not mean its hidden away. and if you can see what it active and where then i think your server needs shutting down if you are running a program to track these veh's

if you haven't found it, doesn't mean it's not there, and if someone has destroyed the chopper it won't spawn

What happens to vehicles that have been saved while destroyed? Do they respawn in their own spawn location after a server restart?

bump pls, i'm in his same situation, we once spotted a flying chopper 6 days ago and till now we've looke all around the map, mind that we are 5 players doing that, any tip? if it's destroyed will it respawn?

the admin even restarted the server 10 times since then lol
