You were kicked from the server.

Hey guys,

I installed ARMA 2 + OA trough a vid on

.

I followed all the steps correctly, i am able to connect to a server, but 10 sec in the lobby it says:

BattlEye Client: Server requiring client version 1.168 Up-to-date

BattlEye Client: Server computed: GUID 7ca28bcf73fda11f4b62970a139e203c

and then i get kicked from the server with the message: "You were kicked from the server."

I tried:

Reinstalling ARMA + OA + DayZ + SixUpdater + Betapatch

Defragging Cache

Manually reinstalling BE, reinstalling BE trough Steam

but none of these steps worked for me.

Thanks for any help.

I've had this problem for ages. I found changing the file "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\arma 2\BEsetup\setup_BattlEyeARMA2.exe" to compatibility of windows xp service pack 2. Then run as admin, then copy the file "checkFileList.lst" one level up.

This worked for me for a couple of days then it stopped working again. Have you been able to fix it?

Would you try to join a vanilla ArmA2/CO server and see what happens.

Disable DayZ mod in the game expansions list and restart.

Use the in-game server browser to search for a joinable game.
