Tetters 7 Posted August 5, 2012 I was trolling around Elektro or Cherno (I can't tell the difference) after a fresh spawn. I hadn't looted anything yet and I went into the school building. I met another survivor, I was surprised that he didn't shoot me on sight. I couldn't understand most of what he was saying due to a quiet mic but I could catch a little of it. After not much of anything we walked out onto the roof where he started saying something about weapons. I replied that I just spawned and only had a flashlight. Out of nowhere he starts yelling profanities and shooting at me with his makarov. I was on about 7000 blood and had given up on life. He pulls out his axe and starts screaming, "I'm sorry my friend" over and over. But before he could kill me, BAM, 2 well placed sniper shots picked us both off. Traveler (DayZ) 27 Posted August 5, 2012 Not too weirtd, though, I spent some time shooting people on the roofs of elktro myself, but I limited myself to people with decent guns in hand, which I think are usually only there to snipe survivors. This gets you bandit-kills almost exclusively...now I have 2 of those ;-), counting overall lives. ;-)But sometimes people are that dumb...why did he even hack you when you had nothing? If you had a ghillie-suit (which cannot be looted when worn) and a decent gun, ok...but this?
