stick up/ lowerng weapon question

hey guys just a quick question, if you hold somebody up and have them lower there weapon are they still able to fire it? or do they have to reequip it or what?

They would have to raise the weapon first to fire, it gives you about 2 seconds to respond to the animation and shoot him first.

If you are talking about the double tap ctrl to lower function that is.

You shouldn't worry about them shooting you, it's far more likely they will just Abort.
