Can I run DayZ with my pc spec?

Hey guys, before I buy Arma 2 & Arma 2 Operation Arrow Head........ I woud like to know could i run the mod with this spec;

NVIDIA GeFore GTS 450

Two AMD Athlon II X2 240's

4.00 GB Ram

Windows 7(64-bit)

Please reply I would be really greatful :)

I have the same cpu as you, but only one (you have two???), coupled with a HD 5770 which I believe is similar to your card.

I run the game fine at 1920x1080 with AA off. What's your resolution?

Well , if your going to be running the game at your monitors native res and in full screen then to find out your current res you could right click on an empty part of your desktop and choose screen resolution option. It should tell you then.

In that case it might be a bit choppy. Try running the demo first, it's called Arma2 Free I think.

What if i changed my spec to say 1920 x 1080 i know its lower but tbh i cant tell the difference between 2048 x 1536 and 1920 x 1080

You should run it at your monitor's native resolution.

If you want to test if it works before buying, just get the Arma2 demo.

LCD screens have a specific resolution they are supposed to be run at, if you google the name of your monitor you'll find the native resolution for yours.
