KevinCaution 0 Posted August 4, 2012 I am not computer savy at all. I installed Arma. It didn't even ask me to enter a CD key. So whenever I try to ge onto a DayZ server it says "Bad CD key." Is there anyway I can go into the Arma files and enter my CD key?
chipdemon@yahoo.com 57 Posted August 4, 2012 If youre running the game through steam, run both arma 2 and arma 2:OA through steam individually first, then run DayZ afterwards.

KevinCaution 0 Posted August 4, 2012 I'm just going to uninstall it. And buy a new copy off Steam.
KevinCaution 0 Posted August 4, 2012 But if anyone has a solution, I can give my dad the digital copy if I can get it working.
HaseDesTodes 315 Posted August 4, 2012 as chipdemon said, you need to run both versions(arma2+ OA) of arma once (main menu is enough), before you "install" dayzyou should try that before buying a new copy of the game
