Heres my specs for the computer im building, i hope you can say that its good cause its a budget build since im a kid.

if someone can tell me if its good since my budget is 800 and im willing to upgrade later on and maybe record with fraps

It will run on low/medium (mostly because of poorly optimized arma II engine)

And about budget ... 800 what? (dollars,euros.pounds...)

My advice is to cut off the sound card and get 4 GB ram instead of 8.

That way you can save the rest of your budget and go for some high quality graphic card instead of that junk.

if you can make it 600-800 price range

you should try to bump that to 1000 price range if youre talking about USD. 600 is decent but 1000 would get you a better gfx card and cpu

Go AMD HD 6850 and 4 GB of ram (KINGSTON on1600 Ghz)

For CPU like i said go AMD

FX-6100 3.3GHz 8MB

PSU shoud be around 500 W (minimum!) go for some high quality one so u wont regret in the future (my option is corsair,cooler master or chieftek)

case is and dvd drive is at your own disposal.

Its around 650 - 750 budget

Sound cards aren't needed as motherboards have integrated sound on them. The GPU you selected is the major drawback.

umm i dont know about back to school discounts they may have a specia i know newegg has new deals everyday. you cant beat neweggs prices imo and they have free shipping on most stuff but you can sign up for their news letter and they will email you daily deals and shit

If he goes with i5 with that kind of budget he will cut down the graphic card.

Listen to m advice and go AMD in this case.

High quality AMD card + AMD CPU (excellent duo)
