So the tipic title said it all. i juste want to know if Alt-F4ing can get you global ban, only server ban? no ban at all?

It's not really enforceable unless a keylogger was used to actually 100% prove it was ALT+F4 (Which only opens a chat menu for me).

You go to the middle of Cherno, stand in the middle of the road where everyone can see you, and then you click ALT+F4 and you get a minigun. After that it will exit your game for some reason but when you log in you have god mode. You should try it.

Edit, only works on high populated servers with at least 50 people on them.
