indeed! even if its smaller, more hostile groups looking to take over an area, theyd still have to be welcoming to some peeps (even if they wanna use them as cannon fodder) to hold down an area, which at the very least creates incentives for far more interesting group dynamics and developments then getting shot unexpectedly from an unknown location.

I dont mind getting killed in the game, its just when theres nothing memorable about it, just a random shot in the dark :(

If they did use them as cannon fodder, They would anger them and could cause a "revaluation!"
