Items should be more related to Chernarus and spawn in more realistic places

You can find american assault rifles, british sniper rifles, american cans with beans/pasta/sardines, german assault rifles, american soda cans, and so on... lots of stuff which does not belong in Chernarus. This is BAD because it doesn't feel authentic.

I think there should be more russian/Chernarusian items, like:

-- weapons: AK-47, PPSh, MP-443/444/445/446, grenade launcher for AKS-74U,

-- food: cans with okroshka, rassolnik, baked milk, beef stroganoff, borscht, blintz, caviar, pashka, pirozhki, and so on... a wide variety to make you feel like you really are in Chernarus. and how about this delicacy.. :) http://www.bjorkaoddities.com/Strange%20Russian%20Canned%20Food.htm

-- drinks: Tea, kvass, and of course VODKA in large amounts!

-- house interiors: carpets on floor/walls, tapochki slippers in every house, religious icons (ROC) ...

Also, FOOD SHOULD SPAWN IN KITCHENS, on table or in cupboard, NOT on the floor in a bedroom. In stores, they should spawn on a SHELF not on the floor.

*and...* Every time you eat a can or drink a bottle, you should get an empty can/bottle. Dispose of it wisely, or someone will find it and know you were there... and zombies should be interested in all kinds of stuff you throw away, sniffing at cans to feel your scent and track you.

It explains the american weapons quite well seeing as how

not sure this is ever workable in arma2 but valid idea ......also i would like random spawns as my friend has a epic collection of guns and his is just a regular house ,maybe with a crowbar u could open gun cabinets etc

also would stop the usual snipers camping the usual spots etc

Why are people bringing up the single player campaign considering that it has nothing to do with Dayz?There is no mention of USA in the description of Dayz either.

Have you ever thought of these things, the uniforms the military zeds are wearing are American uniforms because they do not fit a description of any Russian uniforms, Except for the captains uniform. Americans probably sent their forces over, thus all the American shit, and the Brit shit could have been bought off a Black market and smuggled into Chernarus.
