Like everyone has been saying, and like on many other threads: The vehicles are usually hidden in camps on the far outsides of the map. Usually north and west. I just stumbled across a server with a camp with far too many vehicles for them to enjoy them all. I actually do not understand why they need every vehicle on the server in their camp, why can't they just be happy with 3-4 vehicles and let other people have some.
