Banned on EU2

Hello everyone, today I was banned from the EU 2, I would like to know why.I am want to unban me, unnecessarily love this server.

Im played before that. And i saw message "Battleye:Banned"

But i can joining to another servers.

A couple of days ago, played on the server de (do not remember the number).In Electrozavodsk i saw the sniper on the roof of the fire station and killed him, he was approached with the M107 with TWS and took it. Because of this I was banned? Or not?

I thought Thermal scoped weapons were removed? Especially the M107 TWS? Wasnt that the one that was removed from spawn due to issues or something?

Could be that, or could just be a butthurt admin that you killed. Or you could have genuinely done something wrong. Please be honest when you reply. I'm not judging you, just want the whole series of events.

As I said before I killed someone in the electro and took his rifle with a thermal imager, maybe it was a cheater.

Well i killed 40 bandits in electro, maybe it looked ugly, and the admin decided to get rid of the noise.

Of the person banned of course, I've been kicking/banning people off my servers, (EU1-3) for speaking other languages than english in side/all/global channels, after repeated warnings.

If the ban wasn't for this, you weren't banned by me but possibly by a cheater, yes they can actually battleye ban people unfortunately.

Due to the international nature of the servers right now I think it has to be like this, if rocket decides that I can't do this then I guess it's a shame and I'll have to close down my servers :)

Do you have any idea why you might have been banned?

Yeah, its actually kinda silly that you cant ban/kick someone for spamming chat in other languages since they could (in theory) break some of the other bannable rules but you wouldnt know, since you dont speak the language.

He could be racist as hell and you wouldnt know it since its in russian (or whatever, but we all know its mostly russian being spammed in the english servers)

erm... cheaters can't BE ban... just UID ban if servercommand is allowed.

And there is no mistake about it because it was on various different servers and your playerID, GUID and IP all match.
