It was disabled in the latest patch to avoid re spawning to just jump to preferred locations. Maybe a friend can come pick ya up.

if your proper fucked reload the game back to a patch that has the button and respawn then update again.

I wish I had friends who played this game they are all console players as was I but computer gaming is much better so if anyone knows anyone who would want to join up let me know
